Bella Feldman Selects "Strapped" and "Mitre Saw" into "Sculpture as Metaphor" show at Artworks Downtown

I woke up this morning ready to make the trek up to Sacramento to deliver "Exploding Time" to the Sacramento Fine Arts Gallery for the "Bold Expressions" show.

Before heading out, I checked my email to discover that Bella Feldman selected two of my pieces for the show "Sculpture as Metaphor" in San Rafael at Artworks Downtown. How exciting! If you're in the area, feel free to come see me at the opening reception! Wow! I'll have two openings to attend!

About me...

I work in the IT industry by day managing a team of software developers at Stanford University. I very much enjoy what I do. Technology changes as quickly as it gets boring so this career is suited perfectly for me.

If I were to answer the question, "What would you do if you won the lottery?" My answer is not something I waver on. I would make my art (and go on object finding missions) all day long.

I've changed careers. I moved from place to place. People have drifted in an out of my life. Art is my constant - like breathing really, but I don't really have the choice to not breathe! :)
